Petition has been filed by the petitioner, purportedly in public interest, inter alia, aggrieved of the boundary wall being constructed by the respondent-Railways for the purpose of guarding the railway tracks. 2. Submissions have been made that railways is illegally raising the construction and that they have not left any way for them to cross the railway track. 3. The plea, sought to be raised in the writ petition, cannot be countenanced. Once the construction for fencing the railway tracks is taking place, the petitioner cannot raise any objection and also cannot claim his right of way over the railway tracks, which is against their own interest. 4. Consequently, the petition cannot be said to be in public interest so as to require this Court to interfere. The same is, therefore,
