The petitioner has come up with a prayer that the District Magistrate, Ghazipur be directed to decide the petitioner's application dated 29.03.2025 in relation to removal of encroachment over Gram Sabha land comprising Plot Nos. 1240/0.0340 hectare and 1405/0.0340 hectare situate in Village Sarauli @ Pahetiya (Saidabad), Tehsil Jakhaniya, District Ghazipur. This Court, in exercise of our writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution, do not sit to recommend the cases of one litigant to the other for favourable consideration. After all, the petitioner and Collector are both litigants before the Court. We do not understand why we should send the cases of one party to the other for decision.
