Instructions were called from the respondents, who have indicated that hundreds of houses and shops are constructed over the purported 80 feet wide road and that demarcation exercise needs to be undertaken before any other exercise is undertaken. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we are of the firm opinion that once the petitioner has initiated action under Section 133 of the Cr.P.C., for implementation of the said order, filing of the petition as PIL cannot be countenanced.
