A personal affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Auraiya indicating that the school is situate in gata no. 408 whereas gata no. 409 is banjar where a Panchayat Ghar is being constructed. It is said that it was on account of a broken boundary wall and plot nos. 408 and 409 being adjacent that the school thought that the Panchayat Ghar was being constructed in their land. Now, a boundary wall has been constructed separating plot nos. 408 and 409. 2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges the aforesaid fact. 3.
