In paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the said supplementary affidavit, it is averred: "5. That in compliance of the aforesaid order of the Hon'ble Court, it is humbly submitted that after requiring the instructions by the Hon'ble Court, the revenue authorities and the village Pradhan has removed the structure raised on the public land khasra no. 276 area 0.1950 hectare. And restored the original nature of said public land. 6. That it is further submitted that since the respondent authorities have restored the original nature of aforesaid public land, the grievance of the petitioner has been carried out."
