This we say because in the earlier order of ours dated 30.04.2025, we had required the District Magistrate to file her own affidavit, indicating what had she to say regarding the averments in paragraph Nos. 5, 6 and 7 of the rejoinder affidavit, where the petitioner had come up with a stand that no physical demarcation of the plot in question was done or permanent marks affixed on site. The petitioner had averred in paragraph No. 5 of his rejoinder affidavit that the compliance was incomplete and merely paperwork. 2.
