The present petition has been filed with the following relief: " Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus commanding the Tehsildar, Kunda, District Pratapgarh, to expeditiously decide Suit No 1246/2024 (Gram Sabha vs Ran Bahadur Singh) under section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code 2006, within a fixed time fram as may be deemed just and proper " 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the same expeditiously in terms of the limitation prescribed under the statute.
