The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite partitas No. 2 to 5 to ensure the removal of illegal encroachment made by the opposite party No. 6 to 8 over the of Gata No. 514/0.0890 hectare, situated Village- Kichhuti, Pargana Mijhauda, Tehsil Bhiti, District- Ambedkar Nagar which is recorded as Dahar in Revenue record and which belong to Gaon Sabha land, in the light judgment and order reported in (2001) 6 SCC 496 "Hinch Lal Tiwari Versus Kamla Devi and others.
