The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: " (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to opposite parties to remove encroachment from jhadi forest i.e. plot No. 700 kha and 701 having area 0.0740 and 0.120 Hectare recorded in the revenue record situated in Village Kororaghavpur, Tehsil- Bikapur, District- Ayodhya/Faizabad in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to conclude the pending proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
