It is too late for the petitioner to espouse a cause in public interest particularly when the development work in the gram panchayat area was carried out way back in the year 2021. Even the objections which were raised by the petitioner along-with other villagers on 8.3.2021 are not supported by any documentary evidence or proof. 3. In such a situation, it is difficult for us to take a view regarding the development work not having been carried out by the concerned gram panchayat satisfactorily or any lapse committed in relation thereto. 4.
