The writ petition filed in public interest has raised a grievance regarding conduct of the Bar Council of India Examination in which the petitioner had himself appeared as a successful candidate and 8 questions out of 100 questions are stated to be wrong. 2. The petitioner himself is the beneficiary of the aforesaid examination. 3. Sri Sailesh Pathak, learned counsel appearing for the Bar Council of India has submitted that all the wrong questions were deleted from the question paper on the objection having been raised. 4. Insofar as the concern of the petitioner regarding setting of wrong questions is concerned, we strike a note of caution for the Bar Council of India to take care about such a grievance so that the candidates appearing in the examination do not loose faith in the sanctity of the examination. 5.
