The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction nature of nature of Mandamus direct the opposite parties to remove the illegal encroachment of the opposite party no 5 & 6 by which he has encroached Public way (Public path) constructing illegal construction of the Government/Gram Sabha land in the Gata No. 2723, situated Village- Chadrai, Tahsil- Unchahar, District- Raebareli." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the order has already been passed and shall be executed expeditiously. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of directing that the execution of the order shall happen within a period of six weeks from today, if there is no legal impediment. Order Date
