Hon'ble Ajai Kumar Srivastava-I,J. The present petitioner has approached this Court raising complaint with respect to some works carried out in the year 2021-22. As per the inquiry report dated 25.01.2025 all the works carried out by the respective contractors have been found satisfactory. One of the allegations made by the petitioner in the complaint is that M/s Ashutosh Traders was the trading firm of none other than the husband of the gram pradhan namely Smt Aparna. It is averred that as per the standing orders, a family member of the gram pradhan could not have been awarded the contract. As to whether the firm Ashutosh Traders was owned by the husband of the gram pradhan or not, no material in this regard has been placed before us in the present writ petition. In absence of any material, we decline to entertain the prese
