Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made over the khadanja / public road by opp. no. 4 & 5 situated in village Thulrai, Tehsil & Paragana Dalmau, District Raebareli, in the interest of justice. " 4. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the encroachment has already been removed. 5. In view thereof, no direction is required.
