The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing and commanding the opposite party no.2 to 4 to get removed the illegal encroachment/possession of the opposite parties from the land Gata No.1599/0.134 Hectare recorded as Khalihan in revenue record of Village Parsa, Tehsil Dhaurahara, District Lakhimpur Kheri, with immediate effect." 2. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, have already been initiated. 3. In view of the statement given by learned Standing Counsel, the petition is disposed of with direction to the authority concerned to conclude the pending proceedings, expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days, as prescribed under the Code
