To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of 'Mandamus' commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment over the part of Abadi Land Gata No. 322/1.7890 hect. situated at Village and Pargana Kutlupur, Tehsil Ramnagar, District- Barabanki which is just in front of the temple.
