The present writ petition has been filed with the following relief: " a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite party no.1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the land Gata No.1317/0.0330, which is recorded as "Nali" and Gata No.1318/0.0400 hect., which is recorded as "Chakmarg" in the revenue record in the Village-Asrewa, Pargana- Paschim Rath, Tehsil-Bikapur interest of justice. District-Ayodhya, in the interest of justice. " 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions, states that the encroachment has already been removed. 4. The instructions provided by learned Standing Counsel is taken on record. 5. In view thereof, no further direction is required. 6. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 2
