This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner requiring removal of purported illegal encroachment situated at Plot No. 515/272, Khadra Near Big B Mall & Fazal General Store, Madheganj, Khadra, Lucknow. 2. A perusal of the writ petition reveals that the petitioner, claiming itself to be a 'Party', has indicated its registered office at Gorakhpur and the petition has been filed through its self- claimed national president. Nothing has been placed on record pertaining to the status of the petitioner as to whether it is registered under any of the statutes and/or recog
