This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to hold an independent inquiry in respect of the development work done in Gram Panchayat Salpur Pathak, Sisni, Belsar, Block- Paraspur, Tarabganj, Tehsil- Karnailganj, District- Gonda. 2. Submissions have been made that the Gram Pradhan has indulged in wrong doing regarding which, various complaints have been made by the petitioner, however, no action has been taken by the respondents in this regard. 3. The complaint made by the petitioner, with regard to the grievance raised, apparently have not been undertaken in terms of the Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Removal of Pradhans, Up- Pradhans and Members) Enquiry Rules,
