This writ petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to immediately disconnect illegal electricity connection installed on the Waqf property. 2. Vehement submissions have been made in the petition pertaining to the property belonging to Waqf being in illegal possession and/or the grant of electricity connection against law by the Power Corporation. 3. A perusal of the entire petition indicates that the petitioner, who is a resident of Lucknow, without disclosing his credentials, has sought to question the action pertaining to a property which is situated at Azamgarh. 4. Besides the above, when admittedly the property in question is a Waqf property, the cause of action, if any, qua the said property in question vest
