Pollution Control Board on the basis of instructions, has submitted that a show cause notice has already come to be issued against the opposite party no. 5 and, therefore, the very purpose of instituting the present writ petition against unauthorised operation of a brick kiln stands met with. 2. Once the action for unauthorised running of the brick kiln has been initiated, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the present writ petition pending. 3. We hope that the action initiated against opposite party no. 5 shall be concluded expeditiously in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the parties affected. 4.
