The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. No. 2 to 5 to halt the illegal encroachment and opening of the road of land gata no. 262 of land records Chak Road which were blocked by land Mafiya to installed the hand pump and constructing house at Vill- Imali Dand, Lachipur Tehsil- Raniganj Dist- Pratapgarh immediately till the pendency of this writ petition before the Hon'ble Court. 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions, which are taken on record, states that encroachments have been removed. 4. In view of the said instructions, no further direction is required. 5.
