General averments as have been made in the writ petition for a sweeping relief do not espouse any public cause, as such, the writ petition instituted in public interest is not maintainable. 4. However, liberty is open to all the aggrieved parties to raise their objections before the competent authority which shall be dealt with by the court concerned in accordance with law. 5.
