The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding opposite party No. 2 and 3 to take necessary action for eviction over the land Gata No.853 recorded as Public land (Banjar land) situated at Village- Mahadev Mishra, Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, Pargana & Tehsil- Balrampur, District-Balrampur, upon which opposite party No. 5 to 8 illegally encroached and made construction." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the said proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute,
