Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing the opposite parties to restrain not to raise any construction over the Gata No. 399, Area 0.3980 Hec. recorded as a Pond Talab) in Khatauni 1429F to 1434F of Village Karaundhikala, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil Kadipur, District Sultanpur, U.P. from the opposite party no. 5 who is providing undue benefit to the opposite party no. 6 (private person) by constructing over the gaon sabha land, in the interest of justice." 2.
