Issue writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to 4 to take serious action with considering order passed by opposite party no. 4 (Annexure No. 1) regarding removal of illegal encroachment and recovery of Rs.60,000/- relates to the public utility land Gata No. 749, area 0.2280 hectare recorded as "Khalihann" in revenue records situated at Village Amirta, Pargana- Pali, Tehsil- Sawayajpur, District Hardoi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instructions states that unauthorized encroachments have already been removed. 4. In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed. 5.
