The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties no.1 to 4 to forthwith remove the illegal encroachment/construction of pakka house of the opp. party no.6 to from the land of aforesaid Gata No.902/0.058 hectare recorded as Naveen Parti situate at Village Ichhoi, Post- Aminganj, Tehsil- Milkipur, District- Ayodhya. 3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has an efficacious remedy by moving an application under Section 67 of the U.P.
