The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the opposite party no.1 to 4 to remove the illegal possession over the Gata No.728/0.1260 hect. registered as a reserve land for the pottery purpose situated at Village-Kailideeh, Tehsil-Raniganj, District-Pratapgarh as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel informed that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the said proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
