The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the encroachment of land Gata No. 428/ 0.013 Hectare Min. situated at Bhagipur, Pargana Asal, Tahsil and District Amethi which is in shape of Talab encroached by opposite party No. 5, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel informed that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the said proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
