The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Opp. Party no. 2 & 3 to remove the illegal encroachment over the public utility land which is recorded in revenue records as a "Khalihan' pertaining to gata No. 189 area 0.253 hectare situated at revenue Village- Ninawan, Police Station- Deeh, Tehsil- Salon, District- Raebareli which was encroached by the Opp. party no. 6 & 7 forthwith, in the interest of justice. (ii) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No.4/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Salon, District- Raebareli to finalize the restoration application filed by the private respondents on next date.
