The petitioner has failed to disclose such a fact in the present writ petition filed in the shape of public interest. Once the matter is sub judice in the judicial proceedings before the competent revenue court, we do not find it a fit case for being entertained in the public interest litigation at the instance of the petitioner, who has not undertaken complete exercise of finding out the relevant facts. The writ petition in view of the proceedings being pending before the competent court is not maintainable and the instant PIL is accordingly rejected. .
