Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus the opposite parties to take action for removal of illegal encroachment of gata no.244 recorded as navin parti in the revenue record situated at village panchayat Chandpur, pargana and tehsil Bilgram, District Hardoi." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions which are taken on record, states that the obstructions have been removed in the presence of the petitioner. 3. In view of the said instructions, nothing remains in the matter. 4. In case the petitioner is aggrieved and has any dispute with regard to measurement, he may file appropriate proceedings under the U.P. Revenue Code which will be decided in accordance with law. 5.
