Present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite party No.2, 3 & 4 to removal of the illegal encroachment of opposite party No. 6 to 8 from Gata No. 260, 258, 262, 282, 72 & 107/340 and 165 area 0.054 hectare situate at village Kashipur, Pargana &, Tehsil Tanda, District Ambedkar Nagar, which has recorded as 'Chakmarg' & Khalihan as well as public utility, land in revenue record, in the public interest." 2. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon instructions which are taken on record, states that the obstructions have been removed in the presence of the petitioner. 3. In view of the said instructions, nothing remains in the matter. 4. In case the petitioner is aggrieved and has any dispute with regard to measurement, he may file appropriate proceedings unde
