This writ petition, filed in public interest, prays for a direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondents to restrain respondent no. 6 from making any construction of a Panchayatghar on land bearing Gata No. 403, which is recorded as Samshan (graveyard), situated in Village Mairi Sangram, Athaisi, Pargana Aldemau, Tehsil Jaisinghpur, District Sultanpur, and to direct that the construction be made on land bearing Gata No. 115, which is recorded as Panchayatghar. 3. Learned counsel for respondent no. 5 has submitted that the proposed building of the Panchayatghar is being constructed upon Gata No. 404 and no part of Gata No. 403, which is
