Heard Shri Ghaus Beg, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shailendra Singh Chauhan, learned counsel for the opposite party no.4. This writ petition, instituted in public interest, prays for a writ of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.1 to 5 to take appropriate action against the illegal encroachment made over Gata No.1185 situated at Paragana Bachhrawan, Tehsil Maharajganj, District Raebareli, by the opposite party nos. 6 to 8, who are private persons. The dispute is essentially of a civil nature for which the remedy exists under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is available to any local resident. In case such a remedy is availed by the
