Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding & direct the opp. parties no.1 to 4 to remove illegal encroachment from the land of gram panchayat i.e. land gata no. 126/0.0280hect., 197/0.0500 hect., 130/0.0640hect, which is recorded as Chakmarg in the revenue record and Gata no. 81/0.0360hect. and 216/0.255hect, which is recorded as Nali in the revenue record, which is situated in village Badagaon, Pargana, Tehsil & District Baharaich, in the interest of public at large." 3.
