Hon'ble Pankaj Bhatia,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 1 and 2 to get the land vacated from illegal possession of opposite parties 3 to 8 and decide the representation of the petitioner." 3. Considering the fact that the remedy is prescribed under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. In case, such an application is moved, the same shall be decided strictly in accordance with law and shall be disposed of within the time fixed unless there is any interim order passed by any competent court of law.
