A spot memo has been enclosed to the instructions, and, a field book specially done on 13.05.2025 prepared and annexed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner will, on the basis of instructions dated 13.05.2025, inquire of his client if he still thinks that there is encroachment in the plot recorded as garahi or the encroachment has been effectively removed after identification of these plots, as done yesterday.
