The only prayer in this writ petition is to decide the representation dated 27.12.2022 filed by the petitioner before the Tehsildar, Tehsil- Jalesar, District- Etah. 2. This Court, in the exercise of our powers under Article 226 of the Constitution, do not recommend the case of one litigant to the other for favourable consideration. 3. In the absence of substantive relief claimed before this Court, a mere direction to decide a representation, particularly one, that is not a proceeding under some statute, is not maintainable. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
