This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner purportedly in public interest seeking demolition of purported construction against sanctioned map at Ghaziabad. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the construction exists for over 10 years and the complaints which have been made essentially pertain to the fact that the construction has taken place contrary to the sanctioned map. However, nothing has been indicated in the petition as to how the public is being inconvenienced on account of such construction against the sanctioned map. 3. In view thereof, we do not find that any public interest is involved in the present petition, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
