This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the illegal operation of brick kiln by respondent no. 6. 2. Counsel for the Pollution Control Board has produced a consent to operate dated 13.02.2024 pertaining to the said brick kiln. 3. In view of the document produced by the respondents, the petition filed, based on the lack of consent to operate, cannot be maintained. 4. Counsel for the petitioner attempted to question the validity of the consent to operate. 5. For the said purpose, the petitioner has to be file appeal in accordance with law. 6. Consequently, no case for interference is made out in the petition. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
