The only relief that the petitioner seeks is a mandamus to decide his representation dated 17.04.2025 where he claims encroachment in a plot recorded as Charagah. This Court in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Section 226 of the Constitution, do not recommend cases of one litigant to the other for favourable consideration. There is no substantive relief claimed by the petitioner which this Court can grant, except a direction to decide a representation. This kind of a writ petition with an inchoate relief is not maintainable. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action but for such substantive relief as advised.
