This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the action of the respondents in raising multilevel parking facility in Meerut. 2. Submissions have been made that when respondents attempted to raise construction of multilevel parking in a park, Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 15255 of 2015 was filed by the petitioner which came to be decided on 22.04.2015 inter alia holding that proposal for raising of the multilevel parking cannot be approved and the authorities were directed to maintain the area of park as a park. 3. Attempts made to get the said order modified were also rejected by the Court and special leave petition attempted to be filed by a non party was declined by Ho
