Heard learned counsel for the petitioner at great length and Mr. Girijesh Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner has come up with a prayer to decide his representation dated 29.11.2024 addressed to the Divisional Commissioner of Azamgarh. There is no substantive relief that the petitioner prays this Court to grant. This Court in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution do not recommend for favourable consideration the case of one litigant to another. After all, the Commissioner is a litigant before the Court. In the circumstances, this petition is held to be not maintainable.
