This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to be a social worker working for upliftment and betterment of the society. 2. The challenge has been laid, to the challans of the vehicles, who enter the area in question during no entry period. 3. Though the petitioner has not disclosed his status, from the perusal of the annexures annexed with the petition, it appears that he is President of Noida Tempo Truck Transport Association. 4. Having gone through the petition, we are firmly of the opinion that the challans, being imposed by the R.T.O are as a consequence of the no entry declared, which cannot be faulted. 5. In so far as the no entry itself is concerned, if the association is aggrieved, the association has to question the same. Filing of the petition
