The only prayer in this petition is for the issue of a mandamus to respondent no. 2, the District Magistrate, Deoria to decide the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2025 and the reminder application dated 05.04.2025 where he seeks removal of encroachment and construction of a road on land bearing No. 99 ad-measuring 0.158 recorded as Khalihan and Arazi No. 99 ad-measuring 0.1010 hectare recorded as Aangan Badi and Primary School relating to Village Beldariya, District Deoria. This Court in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the constitution, do not recommend the case of one litigant to the other for favourable consideration. The District Magistrate, Deoria is after all one of the litigants before this Court, the other being the petitioner.
