This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the authorities concerned to declare the petitioner's village, namely, Selharapur, Tehsil Barhaj, District Deoria as an independent revenue village/ Gram Panchyat in forthcoming delimitation/ constitution of constituency of Gram Panchayat for election of Gram Panchayat of 2026 in State of Uttar Pradesh and an independent Gram Panchayat Election may be conducted treating the village of the petitioner as an independent Gram Panchayat. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that petitioner/ others, had filed Writ-C No. 19802 of 2015 and Writ-C No. 2338 of 2021 apparently seeking the same relief.
