The petitioner has come up with a prayer seeking a mandamus of this Court to require the Sub Divisional Magistrate to decide his representation dated 16.04.2025 regarding illegal encroachment in Arazi No. 82 of Village Bakhtiyara (Kada), Tehsil Sirathu, District Kaushambi. This Court in the exercise of our jurisdiction do not recommend the case of one litigant to the other for favorable consideration. If the petitioner has any cause to espouse by way of public interest, he may seek such substantive relief before this Court, as may be advised. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition for the same cause of action but seeking appropriate relief.
