This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking restraint of illegal construction of tower of high tension wire line. 2. Submission has been made that already old towers are existing and in case the respondents want to increase the height of the towers, the existing towers itself can be used and therefore, the action of the respondents in setting up new towers requires to be interfered with. 3. Having gone though the assertions made in the petition, we are of the firm opinion that in a matter pertaining to setting up of high tension wire lines and construction of towers for the said purpose, which is technical in nature, the respondents are best suited to take a decision and interference by this Court would not be justified. 4.
