The present petition inter-alia impugns the proceedings initiated against the petitioner under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (‘the POSH Act’) by the respondent no.1/Jawaharlal Nehru University (‘JNU’). 2. The petitioner, is an academician with over 32 years of experience, including 24 years at the JNU. 3.
